I am now the proud owner of the most famous issue of National Geographic Magazine; the June 1985 issue featuring the plight of Afghans, not so much unlike today. I found it at an antique store in Minden, but not without searching through 100 or so back issues separated in separate piles throughout the store. The back of the magazine had fallen off, but it was still with the magazine and only torn at the seam, so I fixed it tonight with book binder's glue.

I'm never selling it, I'm going to read it and then frame it, ohemgee.

Oh yeah, apparently there will be a protest against Prop 8 passing in California going on all over the country. The nearest one to me is the courthouse in downtown Shreveport, this Saturday, November 15th at 12:30.

So I'm out of Virginny now...and in Missouri. Yes, I planned trips back to back. Why? I don't know, I think I like to punish myself. Trips are fun but they take a lot out of you.

So the second half of my week with Dani and Jess was still ok, but it was very different from the first part in that I got STAPH. AGAIN. On my face. It sucks, and it hurt a lot and produced a lot of side effects. Woooo. I am a loser for staph. I got some antibiotics and ointment and a second armada of meds for the next time I get this, because there will be a next time. It's trying to be my friend. But its getting better after I finally got it to drain (eeeeew) I'm glad I did the night before my flight, because I'm not sure what would happen in a pressurized air cabin (double eeeeeeeeeew).

So today we drove all the way to Branson and went to a Dinosaur museum because the owner had tickets for a WWII museum reserved for us. But we went into the Dinosaur museum too which was really interesting. There was a lifesize Raptor model with his mouth wide open. What was really realistic about it was that a spider had spun a thread of silk from one tooth to the other but it looked more like spit ^_^ hahaha. The sure scale of these models is amazing. Tomorrow we shall do some stuff. (ooh how descriptive) But TUESDAY NIGHT we shall see a Beatles impersonation--VIP seats BITCH. OH YES. Be jealous. From the pictures they look pretty close too. But what's more important is the sound. I shall be judging. (evil snicker)

I forgot to pack my charger for my cell phone so it's dead. So if someone's been trying to call me then just send me an email or an IM and we'll chat ^^;;;

So after I called Faye, I figured I'd just go to Barnes and Noble to chill out and stuff. That ended up with me going to AAA to hang out with mom's friend and co-worker while mom was away in St. Louis to sit and chat and get some maps. Yaaay.

Dad fixed the chimes while i was gone, so that's good :D If they start up again I'll let everyone know, lol.

Goddamn alarm monitoring service is acting haywire and it's chiming on its OWN OMG............ CAN'T MAKE IT STOP.

Tried calling Faye to see if I can crash there because its oh only 9:40 and She won't answer big surprise. -.-

I need to see if I can go somewhere T___T
